Affiliate Sign-Up Payment Disclosure
To enroll in the Nirvana Gold Affiliate Program, a non-refundable one-time fee of $200 is required. This covers account activation, training material access, and administrative support. Payments are securely handled through a third-party processor called Paddle, and we do not store full credit card information.
Arizona Disclosure: Under current Arizona affiliate marketing laws, any compensation model involving commissions or performance-based earnings must clearly disclose all associated fees. This transparency aligns with the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act (ACFA), and we are committed to full compliance.
